We ensure that our practitioners are registered with the medical registrar in the country where the practitioner operates.  All healthcare practitioners are vetted by the eDoctor Chief Medical Officer. Consumers using eDoctor rate practitioners  on the quality of service they receive.

Some health issues can be resolved through remote consultation, using “chat” and video calls. If your health complaint needs physical examination, you can use eDoctor to make an appointment with a local doctor. When you need a specialist, eDoctor has both local and regional specialists that you can engage or your primary care physician can engage.

When you use eDoctor, you  control and own your medical records. Any practitioner that you consult will have a complete understanding of your medical history, so you can get the best care possible. If you want to leave eDoctor, you take your medical record with you.

If you have an urgent medical complaint, you can consult online with the next available practitioner, or schedule an appointment with your practitioner online or in person at the practitioners clinic.

All of eDoctor services are available from your smartphone, using the eDoctor mobile applications for Apple phones or Android phones. You can access healthcare from anywhere you can get signal - without having to travel or take time from work.

With eDoctor you can pay for medical service with mobile money from your mobile wallet. Or use your debit or credit card. If you have health insurance that the doctor will accept, this is also an option.
